Located in the heart of the Jubilee community at Manor Beach Primary School, Cleveleys, serving the Fylde Coast. The Manor Community Hub is a welcoming, self-contained space where people, families and organisations come together to access support, share experiences and create opportunities.

Developed by Connectiverse CIC, the Hub has been designed as a trusted community asset; somewhere people can find information, build relationships, discover new opportunities and access activities that enhance wellbeing, confidence and community connection.

That’s why our programme is built around a dynamic response to community need, ensuring that the activities, services and opportunities available reflect the experiences, interests and priorities of local people. From wellbeing sessions and family activities to specialist support, workshops, events and peer-led initiatives, the Hub continues to evolve alongside the community it serves.

The Manor Community Hub provides an accessible base for organisations looking to engage with local residents and establish a meaningful presence within the area.
